I Say... Gee ha!! My trip to Bantayan island last February 02, 2008 was one of the longest (approx 4 hours or so)... I was like .. Okey! This clearly defines the word "FAR". Though we managed to get an aircon bus for the trip, sitting for such long dreadful hours gives me aches. All I wanted for such a long bus ride was to at least get a few hours of sleep to kill time. Unfortunately Im out of luck.. We arrived the port of Hagnaya at around 11 am, so damn hot and I sweat a river.. I was like "Ewww" looking at my white wet tissue turned almost black. Yay! Hahaha!... We took the ferry to take us to Bantayan.. The Korean people has dominated the place already.. Noisy!!! .
At 12:00 pm, we arrived at the Bantayan Island. We were welcomed by the beautiful beach and crystal clear water of Bantayan Island. Hallelujah!!! So the long travel hours is worth it. As I set foot into the Island, I couldnt help myself to be excited about taking pictures that is waiting to be taken... I loved how small the island that you could go around the barrio just by walking. We stayed at Sugar Beach that has long stretch of pristine white sand.. (Perfect if meron kang partner with you.. Grr!).. We also visited the Ogtong Cave, where we stayed for the whole afternoon of Saturday since it is too hot to get outside.
